Recently a truck from Art Tucker and Son was on our street, doing work for a neighbor. They arrived at 8 in the morning with a flatbed and equipment, parking across the street from our house and making a very narrow lane between my husband's car and their equipment. They did the same on another street. Within 45 minutes a car had broken off the mirror of my husband's car and not stopped to report it. Had this company taken five minutes to knock on our door, we could have easily moved the car. I called their office to discuss this, and the person who took my call was unsympathetic and unhelpful. I spoke to the men who were working on the job and they were the same. A police report was obtained and insurance very helpful, but it was all unnecessary. Very unimpressed. Very unimpressed.
