I wanted to give it a couple weeks after delivery of our mattress to give a rating.  We went in on a Friday evening close to closing and Sue was our sales rep.  She was fantastic, took the time to help us select a mattress based on our needs.  We couldn't be more pleased!  Sue was a great, delivery was great, mattress, mattress cover, and pillows are fantastic!  Will shop there again in the future!

MISLEADING INFORMATION AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
We recently purchased furniture from this location.  The saleslady gave us quite a positive story regarding the manufacturer and quality of the product.  When we finally received partial delivery (also, misinformed), we had a concern with respect to the quality/construction of one of the pieces.  We called and went to the store regarding the issue.   The saleslady was not particularly interested in hearing about it at all!  I left my contact information to have the manager reach out to me.  After waiting for a few weeks without hearing back (and a couple of more calls), I was finally able to speak with the store manager to discuss our concern.  He gave me quite a different story regarding the manufacturer.  However, he assured me that he would have someone contact me within a couple of days, to come by and look into our concerns.  That was over 3 weeks ago.  I have not heard from anyone!  I left another message last week, asking for a return call from the manager.  Still have not heard!  In total, we have now brought this to their attention 6 times...without having anyone respond.  Sorry that I purchased from this store! Won't make that mistake again!

The salesman did everything he could to get the best deal and explained all the charges very clearly.  The delivery was early and the delivery men were friendly and went above board in delivering and setting up our bedroom set. Everyone at the store was genuinely friendly!  I don't usually expect this service from Art Van after dealing with them downstate.
