My husband came for lab work results, which he got in about 10 minutes and left , we got on road to Albuquerque to Dr appt, so me being the efficient spouse decided to pen envelope to look at his results and I was reading someone else's confidential results. So here we go back to hospital to get correct results in his name. Employee was out front waiting with part of results had to go back to get the rest. Employee called same time husband was calling and she realized what happened.

I was six minutes late and they cancelled my appointment because i wasnt there 15 minutes early. Im in pain and they were supposed to get my records and call me to start physical therapy and never did of course they arent in pain so it doesnt matter to them that i waited 2 1/2 months for this appointment.
