Long waiting room experience every time. And yes the phones are a nightmare but he is good. Went out of his way to get me on Otezla. Insurance doesn't like to pay 2 grand a month for meds. He's a good Dr. I was blown off by other Rheumatologists because they want easy money only.This coming from a former Radiology Tech who has worked in private offices as well and know the sausage making procedure in the back rooms of most private offices.

Most of the time I called the office the line was either busy or the answering service answered. At noon the service picked up for their lunch, at 2:30 the service picked up because they were still at lunch, the office was busy, or phones weren't switched over. The rare times I would reach the office and leave a message the Dr. wouldn't call back. The one time I saw Dr. Marcus I liked him very much but I don't care how good a Doctor is if you cannot get through.
