This is my second time using Artie's locksmith. They did a great job at my work place and I thought I should give them a shot for my own apt lock. Called Ben and he remembered me (!). So nice and friendly. He sent Rom, as per my request and the job was done perfectly again. It is such a good feeling knowing a service provider you can trust in the neighborhood! Fast service and great customer service! Rom was awesome. There's nothing like service with a smile. Artie's locksmith turned a horrifying morning to a so much better one. I was locked out and late for work. It was going to be the worse day ever. But Rom came quickly and was so nice (and good looking!). I was relieved and happy it was over. Thank you!

Couldn't believe it when I got locked last night at 1am. Never thought it would happen to me. But it did. It was so late and I was already thinking how bad tomorrow morning will be. Called two locksmiths - no answer. So much for "open 24 hours". 3rd time's a charm. Artie's locksmith picked up and sent his guy to me in 10 minutes. The young man was polite, calm, professional and very good at what he does. I was back inside in no time. The nightmare turned into a relatively pleasant experience considering the circumstances. If you are in the same kind of situation, call Artie's. Highly recommended!

We had an emergency with a broken lock at our restaurant. Called and Ben was so nice on the phone. You don't expect this high level of customer service from an NYC service provider. Ben was great! He sent the locksmith (Rom?) who came so fast and did a great job! We appreciated the service and would recommend.

My partner and I own a commercial building on West 14th Street. We had an emergency with our exit door lock and had to get a locksmith in quickly. it was Saturday evening and most locksmith didn't even pick up when I called. Artie's Locksmith did, was very pleasant on the phone and took the time to answer my 1000 questions. He then sent his technician Rom, who to my surprise showed up in minutes. Rom assessed the situation, recommended a smart solution and did a fantastic job. I appreciated his professionalism and great service.
