The atmosphere of the spa itself is very warming and welcoming. The lady at the front was very polite and professional. The medical clinic the spa uses is not up to par with the appearance and mannerism of the spa. The upkeep of the medical facility is mediocre at best.. When my blood was taken.. some of it got on the tissue lining of the bed, the tech said she would come back to clean up, she never did. The tech talked entirely too much for my liking telling me her personal business. I did my blood work and vitals on a Tuesday, was told the spa should have my results by Thursday or Friday. When I called the spa on Friday and Saturday, spa stated they had not received anything from clinic. I'm greatly disappointed with this experience so far, but since I've already paid money for my vitals, I will continue with the program. But this "first impression" of how it's being started doesn't leave me with a good feeling about things to come. It's been over a week, I've left several messages for Candace, and I have yet to receive a call.

I decided to visit the Artisan MedSpa for massage treatments and was always satisfied with the professionalism of the staff.  The massage therapy was very relaxing and I highly recommend Artisan to anyone who is looking for a good massage therapist.  Anyone on this staff is very capable. Both my husband and I have had different therapists and no complaints here.  I am just starting the 8 non-invasive body contouring treatment and look forward to its results.

I had an outstanding experience.  the staff is knowledgeable and the procedure painless.  highly recommended for anything you need.

The only reason I give the establishment any stars is because of the staff. The front desk staff are always very helpful and friendly and Karla, the one who does the facials, is always thorough, kind, and very informative. She never skips or rushes a step in your treatment. She treats your face as if she is caring for her own face and treats you like family. 

The Dr., Dr. Samadi, on the other hand, is extremely rude and unprofessional. Almost every time I came to the site, he was yelling at the staff and treating them as children in front of me and other clients. He is very violent and abusive verbally. I have even witnessed a staff member tear up because of his aggression and rudeness. It is VERY unacceptable and puts the customer in an uncomfortable position. Makes me feel like the staff will not be level headed during my treatment. I do not want to support the company but I do not want it to hurt the staff because they are amazing. I feel terrible that they have to deal with him on the daily.
