Terri was very friendly and took care of my business without a hitch. I enjoy visiting the branch on Riva Rd once a month.

This was my third attempt with one of your shred fest events. While I appreciate that it is a free event, it’s annoying to me that you don’t have enough space to go to he end. I was there at noon and your truck was full. Again, this has happened at two other events. Worse, however, was your condescending staff telling me to have a nice weekend with a snarky tone. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
