There is so many lazy officers with this police department why even call them they are too lazy to get out of there black and white Toyota Highlander Hybird because they know they can get by with it they didn't do anything about my truck getting broken in to just took six pictures with there camera and "well it will take 7 to 10 working days before you get your report" they need to learn the law once again. There is only 2 officers that are the best a female officer and one male both latino.. If you get one of the white officers they will not do any thing because they don't want to get a small tan for 5 to 10 mins. I look down on all of the white officers in the department.. I don't even think arvin should even have a police department my self!!!!

Never answer their phones. Even in emergencies. They are horrible
