IF I COULD GIVE 0 I WOULD. several occasions rude staff and appalling customers service since Sunderland Eats and just eat took over. Before they took over were perfect couldn't be more helpful. Now they have took over, women answering the phone saying "Aye man it's coming" in a cheeky tone only because we asked where our late food is!! Contacted Sunderland Eats and all the say is Aryans said they sorted it out... Also I was informed management has changed, unfortunately you can tell it has changed from these negative reviews and the loss of many customers Unfortunately we won't use them again. Go elsewhere
Ive just had a delivery feom aryans ive been using these for a while now and was really impressed even rang up before to compliment there food but or last few orders have not been good. The food tonight that got delivered pamisan was cold was suppose to come with chips garlic mushrooms cold too and the burger was warm . Sorry ayrans but gone down hill for me its not the first time ive been dissapointed . Go else where from now on
Ordered pizzas must say they were lovely service friendly and efficient we will be back ordered a kebab box told staff no garlic sauce as we do not like it and Donna wrap with chips and chilli. Opened box only to find garlic sauce and kebab wrap salad and garlic sauce why bother asking if you are not going to listen to customer changed my view of this shop only gave 1 star as not an option for zero
Going to stop ordering from here, 3 times now the order has been wrong. Food is nice but this latest time they even asked for the wrong food to be sent back with the driver a d not even an apology ... Took 1hr 5 mins for delivery as well. Just not good enough.
Been going here for yrs always spot on tonight delivered cold overcooked chicken parmo chips cold and like rubber am not phoning to sort it out it should be done correct to start with .another takeaway lost another good customer
Frys instead of chips spend over 16£ get free garlic bread or cheese and tomato pizza or a bottle of pop twice its happened to us no free be when ring we never spend enough ridiculous it would be 0 for me food is cold 9 times out of10 pay delivery for them to walk around the corner shame on yous !!!
Great food means really great food at reasonable prices, love the grill from here also pizza's are really tasty, pizza base i find is always crispy and yummy. Grill here is charcoal grill which i love... and pizza machine here is stone bake pizza machine, which really enhance the taste of the pizza, i will definitely recommend. Worth trying.
Best kekab and Wraps in Sunderland, I drove from Darlington DL1 just for their giant nan Wrap worth every penny, excellent service too would definitely be going back. Food heaven
Ordered from here before but past its best.Pizza come cold ordered for 9pm for delivery came at 8pm, base of pizza so soggy the box had a hole im it. Try pizza uno at Pallion.
Food took over 2 hours, and it was cold. The chicken was pink and undercooked. Terrible experience
