Their electrician, Rich, was wonderful. I called for at 3:30 on a Friday and he was able to come over immediately to diagnose the problem and  give me a free quote and then started and finished the job same afternoon. Plus, rather than just changing out the outlet as we had discussed he added an outlet so we would have more options in the future. I really appreciated the fast and thorough service.

Rich and his team have always done an outstanding job for us. Reasonable pricing, on-time service, friendly and honest. I highly recommend them!

I used to use ASAP for everything, which I admit hasn't been much but he always seemed like a straight shooter and very reasonable.  However, last fall I had an issue with our septic system control box which amounted to replacing one wire and some diagnostic time.  He was on site for less than one hour and had basically zero parts needed for the repair and he billed us for an absolutely exorbitant amount.  
He lost a customer that day.
