They took me immediately and assisted quickly.  My only concern was I was their for two hours, where I bled profusely before getting there, and I was not offered anything to drink or an IV or ice.  My knee was swelling and my upper lip was swelled.  Very nice staff and was helpful.  Just a note for future reference.

Staff is always friendly and I have never had long waits.  The only opportunity is to be more personable.  Friendly and personable at two very different qualities and they work well together 😀

Horrible kind of Urgent Care facility...I have no insurance and pay cash. They REFUSED to quote me the price for an office visit.....STAY AWAY!! They refused to get a supervisor when asked and placed me on a never ending hold for well over 1/2 hour...IF YOU ARE A CASH USER STAY AWAY!!! Good thing it was not a critical event, I am from out of town and find this behavior shocking, suspicious and totally unacceptable. I was not asking how much the entire visit would cost, or for a phone diagnosis.....just HOW MUCH THE BASE RATE IS FOR CASH PAY STANDARD OFFICE VISIT...SHEESH!!

Turned away with likely strep throat for having Blue Cross insurance.  They wouldn't take it.  It's New Years Eve and everything else in town is closed.  What a joke.
