08/21/2017.  (Needed to rent a lawn mower and trailer)
  I called the store this morning at 8am. Asked about renting a lawn mower. The lady that answered the phone politely said let me transfer you to rentals. After a brief pause the line was picked up and I could hear background noise but no one said anything then the line hung up. I called back and lady said sorry about that, and she didn't know what happened I'll transfer you. (Must have a kind of caller ID) Again the line was answered and hung up on. This happened again for a third time. On the 4th call a different lady answered and all I said to her was rentals please, and she transferred me. The phone rang and a man called Butch picked up. I said I need to see about renting a lawn mower and trailer to haul it with today. He says we don't rent lawn mowers. I said your website says you have mowers. He says we have ,"Zero Turns". 
Now I'm not the Bright's bulb on the tree, but I do believe they are zero turn lawn mowers? (I know what he meant by, "Lawn Mower" he could have just been more pleasant about it.
  Now I say, "Yes I need one of those." He says I don't have any. I ask do you know when you might have one available? He tells me he has a couple he is trying to fix and I can call back tomorrow or the next day and check and see. I tell him, " so your saying I should just call somewhere else."  He then says something about not being able to predict the future and I should just call back. So now I just end the call. No rude hang up or anything like that, just end the call.
  Now nothing was offered about a call back when one of those ones in for service might be ready or reserving the next one available.  I don't know what I expect should have happened, but it is 8am the whole rest of the day something might happen where what I need will come available? ????? I don't see how a piece of equipment is rented and no log of when that equipment will be returned.

Gary and Cade took great care of me, and Chris and his awesome crew took great care of my lawn mower.  I couldn't have had better service from the new look Ascension Equipment.

Obviously they don't sell tires for zero turns.  Unless it's a John Deere .  Because it's not like a tire can fit on any piece of equipment .

Great location awesome selections don't negotiate as much as I would have liked but overall I would recommend

Walked in and out within 1 hour with a brand new tractor. We were first greeted by Mrs. Ruth at the front desk with a big welcoming & friendly smile. Cade Cancienne our salesman worked a deal with us and Mrs. Martha did our paperwork. We couldn't have asked for nicer people to deal with! You won't be disappointed!
