Very friendly and very professional. Treatment is always good and cost is very reasonable.

They are polite and answer any questions you have...when you are able to talk to someone. My first filling I revieved from them a couple weeks ago, left me in so much pain. At my most recent appt they said the filling was too high and filed it down. I still have the pain and its traveled to my face and ear maybe indicating an infection ( I was in a absolutely no pain before seeking treatment) might be present and I've been calling every hour today hoping to talk to someone but no luck. I don't leave any more voicemails because they don't return them until almost a week later. I've decided to have a consultation done with another dentist in hopes they might be able to help me finish my dental work and get to the bottom of this pain.

Apparently I'm not alone in never getting this place to answer their phone. I'll be taking my kids elsewhere.

Can't get anyone to answer a phone, called over 40 times and left messages!  I'm in so much pain with a horrible infection, can't eat or talk and it's a tooth that was fine that the dentist there broke when fixing another tooth!!!!

Horrible.. Called for over 2 hours, never answered their phone as I was calling during there  business hours that have posted on their website! 
There mailbox in full so you can't even leave a message! I'd hate to see what it'd be like if I actually spoke with someone!!
