My son went to get his hair trimmed and showed the stylist a picture of himself 4 months ago to show the length he wanted it about chin length and when she was done, it was ear length and a bowl cut. My son is young so he didn't say anything and walked out, I was out in the car with the other kids. Once I saw it, I was so upset for him, it was so choppy and uneven, I don't know how this was considered a trim or a hair cut. I have been going here for 20 years it has had many different names over that time and I have never been more disappointed  the disappointment was in the handling of it by the manager. The stylist seemed to be young and in experienced based on the hair cut alone, but the manager did not handle business savvy and requested to see it and try to 'fix it'. My son obviously wouldn't trust the stylist to touch his hair again so we left. I would say, speak up and say you are unhappy before you pay.  Update**** my husband called and the manager went ahead and refunded us the hair cut. He was told they had a protocol to follow when I spoke to them but they wanted to refund it.  Stylist: Macy

The shop is always busy. Beth has been my stylist from day 1 when I moved here. She was easy to work with and cut my hair the way I love it! She's very professional and very assertive in the shop. She's definitely a leader. When asked I recommend Beth and  many of my family members go to her.

Mary and Jonelle always do a wonderful job cutting my two young boys hair! They perfect their hard parts and are so friendly to the kids! We enjoy seeing them at Supercuts on Ashland Road in Mansfield, Ohio!

I go to Supercuts for my hair care and cuts. I have Teri cut it for me and she does a great job always. Helps me in all my products choices and let’s me know what is best for my hair. Really very happy with her work.

Hairstylist macey did an amazing job on my daughter Gabis hair..I Recommend her 100%. Very Professional and shes great at her job!!!

Joe was absolutely amazing I called ahead and asked if they had space for a cut so I could donate the hair went ahead with a style and wash as well friendly atmosphere this was my first professional cut in over 3 years and my first ever wash at a salon I would highly recommend Joe if your looking for a relaxing hair wash or any service went home feeling a whole new person and 15.5 inches to donate to wigs for kids. Will definitely be returning to Joe for future services!

Love this place. My favorite place to take my toddler to get his hair cut. Jonelle is great with him, super patient and good vibes! This is my go-to for him. Pictures are right after his haircut. For reference he is 1.5 y.o.

The ladies did a great job cutting both my brothers hair today. Excellent really. But the cost is outrageous 24.00 a cut is insane to me.
