I went into the Tuscaloosa store looking for a couch and recliner for our condo and was immediately greeted by Product Specialist Brandon.  He went out of his way to show me several different sets even moving furniture to help me decide.  When I decided he went to the manager Chris and got me the price I requested along with a delivery date that met our needs.  I was very impressed with the friendliness of all the staff in this store and will return if I need any more furniture!  Great Customer Service!! Highly recommended!!

If you go to Ashley to buy you need to see Michael. He is a soft spoken gentleman. One thing he told us just made our experience better, he told us that his job wasn't to sell us something, but to make sure we left happy. Well we left happy with the purchase of a living room because of him. If I could give him 10/5 stars I would.

I had a very exciting experience at Ashley's furnished thanks to ms. Dorothy Harris.  She had a wonderful  and entertaining personality.  She was also very knowledgeable about the store, their products and policies.  She was very informative about all the special deals that were available.  I would recommend that if you shop at Ashley's, ask for Ms. Dorothy Harris.  I'm sure you will leave smiling.

Ashley has a pretty decent selection of furniture. But what makes Ashley stand out are their sales reps. I've been in there a few times in the past month and no matter if it was Ben or Michael or any of the others, they were always helping me with every question and a smile on their face! Great people! I recommend.

Had the best shopping experience at the Ashley store in Tuscaloosa! Great prices and the best service from Michael. He was so helpful in finding the perfect mattress I needed for my apartment and made customer service his priority. I'll be going back to him next time for my furniture needs!
