My boyfriend and I came into the store with a “just looking” mentality and ended up ordering a matress, pillows, dining room set and bed frame! This was all thanks to the superb customer service we received from our Ashley furnishings consultant, Brett. He went above and beyond for us in every way possible. Ashley should be honored to have him as an employee! I worked retail for many years so I can easily recognize the necessary qualities of a great sales associate. Brett has them all, and more! If you’re going to this Ashley location, ask for Brett if you want the finest of service. He is informative, friendly, fun, and reliable!

The whole experience was awesome. Eliud Castro was my sales consultant and he went above and beyond. We had a great time and he is very professional and truly cares about his customers. I came back the next day with my husband and we purchased a dining table. the furniture is beautiful. Definitely recommend Ashley furniture. Everyone was wonderful. Great experience😊

Richard the manager and Brett the sales guy were incredible personable and thorough with us. They took a lot of times with us to answer all our questions and were more than fair with working with us where they could as far as discounts. Would recommend Brett as your sales guy for someone who is present but not pushy when it comes to purchasing furniture

Excellent shopping experience! Fantastic selection that can cater to many different budgets. Sales representatives are very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We worked specifically with Walter, and he was absolutely awesome from start to finish! Will definitely be back in the future to add more pieces to our home. They recently added a virtual reality area where they can map out your room with specific dimensions and place exact pieces of furniture in the room. You then put on a virtual reality headset and you can look around the room! Very helpful feature when deciding what size pieces fit in your home. Highly recommended!

Here is why I'll never shop at Ashley Furniture again.. After purchasing my home last year I needed all new furniture. And I got all of it at Ashley. My dining table and chairs, bar stools, couch, bedroom furniture, even my sheets. And I put most of it on the Ashley credit card because its no interest. However, when the sales associate figured out what my monthly payments were, it wasn't the correct amount to have the furniture paid off before the interest free period ended. I did not notice until several months later, because the mistake was only made on on item, not everything I purchased. I do take my part responsibility for not noticing sooner, but when I did notice and bring it to their attention, they refused to help me. The bank for the credit card informed all they had to do was send in a letter saying they would extend the interest free period to make it right, but Lisa, the manager I spoke with, never called back when she said she would and when I finally tracked her down, said she could not do so. I was not asking for any discount, I simply wanted my payments to be corrected. Not to mention, the only reason I noticed the payments were messed up was because I was checking the balance on my card to buy more furniture from them. So I will be taking my business to American Signature Furniture, and I recommend you do too.
