We had a great experience working with Tom Smaby after searching for weeks.  Tom helped us find a sectional we could get down into our lower level, and even helped us search for a perfect leather sofa, when we felt our options were limited due to prices at other stores.  The best part was Tom was such a pleasure to work with but gave us time to roam the store and let us come to him when we were ready. He even took a little extra time when we changed our financing option last minute! Our new "go to" place for any future furniture needs!

I can't say enough about the great shopping experience we had at Ashley Furniture Home Store in Elk River!  We were never pressured at all, which made the entire buying experience stress-free and enjoyable. When you stop in, ask for Tom Smaby.  Tom is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!  We got some fantastic furniture at great prices - with exceptional customer service to boot!

My husband and I were looking to fill every room in our new home with some sort of new furniture.  We visited several times before making our final decision and each time Andrew was very helpful, didn't pressure us or stay attached to us, he gave us space.  It was a very positive experience and look forward to visiting in the future to complete our home with accent decor.

My family was in search of some new furniture for our new apartment.  We were looking for couches for the living room and came across a nice sectional that we ended up purchasing.  Ray assisted us with the purchase, gave great recommendations and great advice along the way. I would 100% recommend this store and would go back for future purchases.
