My wife and I recently purchased a dining table and bedroom set. Our salesperson informed us we could select different chairs for our dining table. Upon delivery, the chairs were too high, not leaving space beneath the table. When we went back to the store, we were advised that in order to replace the chairs, we would have to pay over $300 in "re-stocking" fees. From a Quality Assurance standpoint, this is completely unacceptable. The salesperson is privy to the dimensions of both the table and chairs. He should have been able to identify this deficiency and provide solutions. Additionally, the store manager in this case made no effort to discuss our quandary with us. Instead, he "scurried" away from us as we approached to discuss the matter. There is also the fact that we did not receive all purchased items upon delivery; there is still an outstanding piece of furniture yet to be delivered. Ending on a high-note, the delivery team was of the utmost professionalism. They were efficient, courteous, hard-working, and represented their department well. Unfortunately, this will not be enough to keep us as customers.

I went into the store a couple of days ago (Sunday 7/30 to be exact). when the sales lady and I had questions that only the manager could answer to, the manager was not around. They said he went to lunch. For the manager to leave w/o any other supervision on duty is not okay! This was around 4:30 so I decided to come back in an hour like they said he would be back and he still wasn't around. This was 5:30/40 now. I decided to wait and walk around the store in the meantime while waiting, 6:30 came around and I was standing by the kiosk they have in the middle of the store (I'm assuming they didn't think there were any guests in the store) because next thing I hear, one of the employees (he had tattoos all over his arms) yelling at everyone saying f*** this, f*** that, and talking about everyone he worked with and how they need to mind their own f***ing business. His words, not mine. What kind of employees do you have working there that think it is okay to do that kind of stuff?!? Especially with customers in the store! So unprofessional! To top it off, when I finally decided to leave the store because I just didn't want to be bothered with this mess anymore, the manager and the guy with the tattoos passed by me and they reeked of alcohol!!! I know it was the manager because I have been in the store before when I was just window shopping. I guess they had a good lunch instead of worrying about the store. Won't be going back there again and I'm going to make sure everyone I know knows about this.

This is the worst store in the imperial valley DONT buy from this store if you do prepare to be beyond disappointed in what you pay for. I don't want to get into details all thier is to say is that they have the worst managers. They hide from people and don't like to confront any complains. The store also has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in the valley and I have been borned and raised here. For such a small community that imperial valley is you'd expect the customer service to be some what decent and the managers to be attending. Again don't buy from this store unless your prepared to deal with headaches. The whole staff aren't really the problem it's the managers. Fursures never going to shop here again and I hope that they are exposed to everyone in the imperial valley and that they know how horrible this store is.

Very rude and arrogant managers. Was going to post my previous visit complaint earlier but decided to wait until all my furniture was picked up before hand. So I walked in today and talk to them about picking up my mirror which wasn't delivered in the first delivery like it should of and and instead of delivering it and installing it like i paid for i had to go pick it up and install it myself. I also needed to make a payment to the finance company but they were not even there when the store opened. I guess nasty McDonald's was more of a priority. I had to wait on them like always do. So as I was waiting today and I over heard one of the guys reading a complaint to the staff behind counter. I'm assuming he was a manager. Which is totally unprofessional to do in front of a customer. Hope you read this is front of another customer too. So back to my initial complaint. Really has to do with Ashley and her don't bother me attitude and the finance guy who you can stand in front of and will never ask to help you. You have to ask if he can help you. Ashley's attitude I have noticed from the 3 or 4 visits that I have been there not just a one time thing. For the finance guy I stood in front of him for over 10min while he was wacthing and off road video on his cell phone. After waiting patiently I asked if he could help me with making a payment and he said he thought I was being helped already by someone else behind the counter. Nope I'm standing if front you you Mr Finance guy. If you didn't have your phone stuck to your face and just asked if I needed help you would of noticed I wasn't being helped. This store and it's employees are a joke. IF YOU DO GO TO THE STORE BE PREPARED TO DEAL WITH TYPICAL POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SUGGEST YOU TALK TO SALESMAN ARMANDO WHO WAS EXCELLENT AND AT THE COUNTER TALK TO MARIA WHICH IS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL.

First time around was an ok experience. Second time around great customer service thanks to the Manager and sales associate Jeovanna. Helpful service
