My husband and I were shopping for a tv console and we had a specific size and design we wanted. The sales people and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Outcome was excellent. We received a very good sales price and the sales clerk was very good. She helped us get the best price! A few months ago we bought a dining room set and couch at Ashley's In Geneva and received the same service as we did today. We would recommend Ashley's Furniture in Geneva, NY.

The service at Ashley was excellent. They were kind and very helpful without being pushy. I am very pleased and will be returning to Ashley for future purchases

The shopping experience was wonderful. Loved seeing the items online and then going into the Geneva store to get a better look. Great sale prices in August 2017. Spoke with three different sales people on three different visits. Everything went smoothly from first visit to delivery.... Recliner is fine, but sofa is not right. The center cushion drops down way too much. I went back to the store to check the floor model and to say that there is a problem. The floor model did not drop as much in the center as the sofa that I received. An Ashley representative, who had not helped with original purchase, stated to me: "all sofas have more drop in the middle cushion because the springs are tighter at sides".... The sofa is horrible for sitting or reclining due to this issue. I have attempted to resolve it by folding two blankets and putting them under the middle cushion to prop it up to the level of the other two cushions. It is my observation that the two side cushions are stuffed with firm material, and the center cushion is stuffed with a different and softer material. The stuffing, not the springs, appears to be the issue. The sofa looks nice. I love the fabric and the shape. It is exactly the look that I wanted. However, something is definitely wrong with this piece of furniture. It was the Georgie sofa with chaise, $599.00.

Went in somewhat knowing what I wanted. Our sales rep Andrea was very nice and worked with us to stay under budget. Was not pushy and gave us plenty of time to browse and test out sofas and mattresses. When it was time to select the mattress she did not try to sell me on things I didn’t need such as the boxspring. Most places wouldn’t hesitate to upsell me on things I didn’t need. She was very forthcoming on what I would be able to afford and didn’t try to upsell me on anything which is rare this day and age. Great shopping experience!
