Ashley Furniture sold us a table that can not get wet. Water spilled on it and bubbled up the top right away. Had it for a couple months and was ruined. Ashley Furniture refused to do anything about it and told us it was customer error. Don't shop at these stores!!! They don't stand behind their faulty, shotty products!!!!! We called the 800 # for customer service and they told us to go to the store. Drove 40 miles to the store and they told us to call customer service. They're all nice until you find out they sold you a faulty product. Then their friendly customer service disappears. Thankfully there are many other options in Aberdeen for furniture!

Dominika was awesome! She made us feel comfortable being in the store. I never write reviews so it means a lot writing this one but I believe she deserves an awesome review! We will definitely shop here again if we get her as our salesperson. Thank you!! Garrett and Brittany

great place to buy furniture, had a very friendly and helpful saleswoman, dominika blum, who did everything in her power to get us the best deal and resolve any issues along the way. would definitely recommend

Linda Spitzer was a great help! She worked with us over several days to select a houseful of furniture. She was very patient with us and especially my elderly mother. She made sure the furniture was comfortable for her. Linda also ensured that we received all available discounts and made us feel like we were her only clients. She went out of her way over and over again for us. What a great asset to your store!!!

Sherry was amazing. She helped us find the perfect bed 3 years ago and it's still perfect today. Today she helped us find an end table that we loved! She is very social and polite. Superb customer service! She definitely made us feel welcomed and they will keep our business.
