I waited for about 45 minutes in the pedicure chair before being tended to. The lady finally came and turned on the water for my feet to soak... they soaked for 20 minutes as she finished someone's nails. She then came and told me to hold on because she was hungry and had to go eat. She took about 20 minutes to do that. After and hour and a half I said never mind. The man that works there was rude... he told a customer that came in around 4:30 that they were closed even though they didn't close until 5. I'd never come back.

terrible experience. i have three huge blisters on my left hand. the shape is aweful. polish is awful and it took forever.

I was referred to this salon and was told they were great but far from the truth! The guy who put on my acrylics filed them so hard, that it burned my natural nail underneath. Then he made the acrylic nail so thin, they started chipping after only a couple days and the polish started wearing off after only a couple days too. I'm not hard on my nails, at all, and I have kept mails on for years and this is one of the  worst nail experience I've had. I will not be back and I dont recommend any one to this salon either. You will be wasting your time and money!!

I've been going here for fills and pedicures for years.  Charles and Lilly are very sweet as are the rest of their pleasant staff.  They give you what you want rather than settling for what they give you.  Love the designs they come up with on my nails!
