About

Made From Scratch Breakfast, At A Locally Owned Restaurant.

Story

Well, It has been a very long 6 months, but I have to say we are all extremely proud with the finished product. When the owner of Asiago Catering first came to her staff with this building, I have to admit we all had our doubts. Her famous legal pads full of to-do lists began popping up everywhere. There were times when we couldn't see the end of it anymore. It was one big project after another, but she never let us forget the big picture. This was her baby, and we would do what we could to help. So began the long journey of pulling all nighters, going in on precious off days, having "paint outfits" finding ourselves researching "how to clean Spanish tile floors". (vinegar anyone?) and so on and so on. Pretty soon we all began to see the same vision Jessica had from the beginning. From there each dedicated staff member slowly began putting personal touches and individual ideas into the Project From Hell. LOL Then, after gallons of blood, sweat, tears, and bodies covered in bruises, we came into a fully functional, beautifully redone, ACTUAL RESTAURANT. So if anyone needs construction, landscaping, painting, patch work, or the likes, the Skillet staff is FULLY TRAINED. The list of people to thank goes on for miles, and miles, and you guys know who you are. A million and one thank yous to all. We hope to see everyone's smiling face for breakfast!!!!

A great option for breakfast. Get here early to avoid the lines or wait. Reasonably priced with good food. Its an older building inside and out but thats part of the charm. A much better breakfast option than the other local trendy or mainstream places. One of two locations. The location around this place looks questionable on maps but its totally fine. Try it. And for you foodies...there is not very much sausage in the biscuits and gravy.

The crowd waiting to get in was a good hint at what was to come. Shrimp and Grits was tasty, as was the King of Biscuits plate. Breakfast potatoes were nice and crispy, just the way they should be, but seldom are. We'll be back!

There were four of us. The restaurant was about half full. Breakfast took slightly more than 30 minutes to get to us. It tasted good, especially the potatoes. The ham was a little salty but the table was divided on the opinion. The server, Erica, was nice. I wasn't wowed so I can't really give four stars, but they are more of a local variety so that makes it automatically better as a breakfast choice for us and hopefully you!

My friends and I were trying to find a good place to eat breakfast. We saw this online and decided to try it. I'm so glad we did because it was absolutely delicious! I had a ham and cheese omelette with a biscuit and gravy. It was delicious! I wish we ate there every morning we were on vacation instead of the last day!
