Tried out Asian Hut on my search for steamed dumplings in Springfield, MO! They’re really nothing like traditional dumplings but they are steamed, the wrapping is deliciously thin, and the filling and sauce are A+!  The crab rangoon was fine, no different than any other place in Springfield. And the Sweet & Sour chicken came out with the sauce separately.  The chicken was fine and sauce was like what you’d expect.  My biggest complaint is they don’t have any real dishes here, you know? Plates… real cups? Silverware? It’s all styrofoam and plastic. SO wasteful unless you’re a to-go customer … this really should change and the food is hot so it was challenging  to eat with a plastic spoon. Really a bummer cause the food was pretty good.  Otherwise I really enjoyed the steam dumplings here and would highly recommend.

So I'm from Chicago originally and I cannot tell you how many Asian restaurants this place reminds me of. Kids in the booth, waiting on Mom, Mom, fighting burnout, taking care of everything/one with class.  Food was good, enough for two people. For sure stood by and eat here. The reminder of home is what stands out in my memory of this place.

I placed an order for Szechuan chicken and beef lo mein via GrubHub delivery. The price was reasonable, which was a plus. However, the food experience was a bit disappointing. I'd rate it 3/5. The beef lo mein was below average, overcooked, and the flavors weren't well-balanced. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the lo mein, but I hope other menu items might be better.

It was lunchtime, even so service was quick. I ordered the House Special Mei Fun shrimp, chicken and pork, excellent!! The amount of food was more than generous. They have lunch $7.95 and dinner $9.95 specials that includes rice, soup and egg roll. I will definitely be back.Food: 5/5

I ordered the General special chicken  and few other dishes yesterday and the food was very delicious and it tasted wonderful and chicken was very crispy and spicy as I like the spicy food and their menu offered various Chinese dishes. One of the best Asian fusion restaurant. Keep up the great work:Food: 5/5

Honestly some of the worst food I’ve ever had. Sushi was worse than a gas station and whatever rice they use is terrible and the rolls wouldn’t even stay together and the crab was imitation and terrible. The shrimp tempura roll was disgusting. The hot and sour soup was the most un flavorful soups and literally tasted like water and metal. Will never go back.

I am a GrubHub driver and I got a customer order here. I'd never been before and after my block ended I just had to try it! The food portions are great and the flavors are, too! Great prices! And very kind people here. Thank you for making a starving person extremely warm and grateful tonight. I've got plenty of leftovers for later. :

I ordered beef broccoli comb with egg drop soup and loved it. I think I found a new favorite place to eat. The beef is so juicy and chewy that I have never had in other Chinese restaurants before. The food is so fresh and the service is very friendly. I love that sauce so much. I will be back soon to try something else.
