I came from Southern California with not much hope of finding a hair dresser that would properly cut, color, and style my hair.  Then I found Neal and he has been my main go to for over ten years!  He is knowledgeable and incredible at what he does.  Further, the staff at the salon are always friendly and hospitable. I would recommend this salon, and especially Neal, to anyone.

We went there for a color correction. Neil, the color expert accurately assessed the procedure that was done to my daughters hair and prescribed the best solution possible to mitigate the damage and get her to a point that she was happy with her hair.

I think I would follow Neal if he moved to Tazmania. The service at Aslan is exceptional and Neal has been my stylist now for about five years. His work is flawless. I actually moved to San Diego last year and I had to move back because my hair was in mourning. I appreciate how understanding everyone has been over the years with my crazy schedule. I have to drive from Truckee to Reno which always presents some kind of interstate madness and I'm almost always late but nobody has shamed me for it...yet.
