One of the worst customer experiences of my life.  They said it would only take a few days to complete my roof.  This took more than 2 weeks "due to weather" even though it only rained a couple of days.  Trash and tarps were left on our yard for this period and we had to start completely over with our grass.  4 bushes were damaged and one was flattened to the level of the sidewalk.  Our pond was filled with shingles and had to be drained.  Old gutters were taken off and it took 2 months to for them to complete the new gutters.  We live next to the woods and parts of the old gutter were found in the woods.  Trash was left in the yard.  IT TOOK 12 WEEKS from the start of the job before the waste was removed from the driveway.  Phone calls were and texts were never returned.  It wasn't until it was time to collect the talked to me and were extremely rude.  One supervisor even insinuated that I was making things up.

From the start to finish I was very comfortable working with aspen.
  Tom tengwall was a great person to work with. He kept me informed and made everything go according to plan.
  The best part of it all is that once the ball got rolling it was only a couple weeks and my house and garage were completed. Even with all the roofs that needed to be done after the storm.
   The roofers were pleasant and understanding and did an excellent job, And quickly, which is a 5 star in my book.
   I will definitely recommend Aspen to people that need any roofing done.

Wonderful service. The company employees pay attention to issues and  and fix things which went wrong. They did not ask money until the project was done. Nice and polite staff.

We had major damage on our home and it was overwhelming until Whitney took over.  This company is so great to work with, I didn't have to do anything because they took care of it all.  From the day Whitney came to my office the week of the really bad storm in March to the last day of work to be complete, the staff at Aspen were amazing.
