This place was a true blessing from the good Lord from above! I truly mean that! I walked in with tons of pain and all my top teeth broken, at end of visit they told me total,which I broke down because it was something I couldn't possibly afford. Dr.Bagash came up to me and told me she was doing my dentures for free! I could not believe and still can't. She is the most amazing woman I have ever come across. True blessing I can't thank this doctor and office enough for what they did for me!!! All I could do was hug her and cry!! Ive dreamt of a new smile,thanks to her I will have one!!!! Amazing amazing place!

I had an awesome experience as a new patient at Aspen Dental. Everyone was helpful and courteous. I forgot to ask for her name, but the lady at the reception desk is pleasant, professional and courteous. Dr. Bangash helped me to understand what I needed for my oral health. I look forward to continuing to work with Dr.Bangash for my oral health. The person who stood out to me during my visit is Stephanie. Stephanie is awesome! Stephanie helped me to understand my bill, future procedures, and she answered all of my questions. Stephanie caused me to leave the appointment in a positive mood. My review was originally a five due to great customer service. I changed my review to a one because I've been overcharged. When you have insurance, the provider is supposed to bill you according to the agreement they have with the insurance company, and I wasn't. Also, I noticed that the amount owed increased when the balance owed should have been lower due to payment even though those amounts are incorrect due to overcharging. Between the amount I paid, and the amount my insurance paid, the amount collected is more than what the services cost and the estimate given. I am disheartened by this. I actually liked this office and it's a shame that their billing practices is overshadowing the employees who are kind to the patients.

Customer service is horrible went they call me 45 minutes after my appointment this lady came out she was taking to me like I was a Dog "Don't move, bite this shot on that chair" I feel she wasn't a professional went she was doing the X ray really rough with my mouth  them take to another room where the floor was duty, she didn't even talk to me you know make some conversation nothing. The Dra.came and start looking on my mouth and taking to her like I was a piece a frame on the wall, when she don't she said well you have any question for me.. How I have a question for somebody that never talk to me.. And she said we are going to make a plan for you and let us know if is good or not.. just wait here for Stephenie  10 minutes later some one came aND take me to another desk with this Stephenie another one the 10 minutes I was on that chair she was talking with the person next to her just taking and taking and taking and said o I'm sorry I can't make the plan for you because I have to make a call and thereally are close know this 1 30 minutes later after my appointment I was so mad and so disappointed I will never go to this place again and don't recommend to anybody  they way I felt was $$$$$.

I’m a big chicken when it comes to the Dentist. This office made me feel so much better and gave me an affordable plan moving forward. Thank you guys.
