The woman who tried to take my xrays, after learning that I could not open my mouth, tried to FORCE my mouth open then told me to "deal with it". Dr. Banerjee was not only very undesirable in the way she treated me, she also showed no professionalism or care for my situation and YELLED AT MY MOTHER. I had also found out after being told on the phone that my infected wisdom teeth could come out the same day, that THE ORAL SURGEON ONLY IS THERE THE  FIRST OF THE MONTH. So I was told to stay on antibiotics and a highly addictive pain killer for over two weeks. Unacceptable. I was told the infection needed to be cleared so I could complete the exam. I DID NOT COME IN FOR AN EXAM. I CAME IN TO HAVE MY INFECTED TEETH REMOVED. This is untrue. I went TO AN ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL the next day, he was kind, courteous and fast in resolving my issue with no false sense of security by telling me to take pain killers to get through the day. He removed my teeth and now, I feel excellent. The pain from removing the teeth is LESS SEVERE than when the infected teeth were LEFT IN MY MOUTH by aspen dental. If I had gone one more day without taking my infected teeth out, if I had NOT EATEN for one more day, I honestly would have been in the hospital. I am beyond less than pleased with how I was treated and WOULD NEVER recommend them to anyone.

My first time at Aspen dental was a good one. I had a great hygienist that was professional and the staff was nice . My overall experience compared to other dental offices was great from start to finish . I liked that they seat down with you and talk about your options and explain to you anything that you might not be sure about. I did not spend a lot of time waiting to be attended. I left their feeling happy to find a place that was giving me quality care and service.

The hygienist was very friendly and professional. I felt very relaxed and comfortable for my Cleaning. She also gave me great advice. It was a very pleasant experience. Thanks.

I had a good visit. Had my cleaning with Janet and she explained well and she made me feel comfortable and safe

The dental hygienist at this location (her name was Janet) was extremely thorough and knowledgeable.  She took the time to answer my questions and made my most recent visit a pleasant one!
