This place is hands up amazing when it comes to customer care. If they cant provide the service you need they are quick to refer you to another wonderful competent doctor to help you. I'm never leaving this company! It so much better than the care I got while active duty. Feel completely at ease.

I had originally gone to get my wisdom teeth extracted and  I was advised that it would not be painful. The staff lied. I asked the manger if I would be put under general anesthesia she said yes, that was a lie. They first put the numbing medicine but don't even let it kick in, they immediately started cutting into my gums. I have never felt so much pain immediately. The staff was rude, they should really act like they at least care about their patients. The staff was very unprofessional. I myself work in a clinic with tons of patients and I would never treat them the way this staff did to me. My full price for all 4 wisdom teeth removed was over $1,200 they wouldn't go any lower and that's with no insurance. They also prescribed me antibiotics I'm allergic too, and that's with me giving them a list of medicine I can't take. They almost killed me by doing that!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!  I was very disappointed and I would not recommend my patients or family to this place.

Highly efficient dental business. Complete x-ray workup of your entire mouth along with a visual in mouth review by a hygienist and DDS and for first time patients only $19.00.  They let you know the complete plan back to a healthy mouth and do want money up front for work to be preformed. That said they are straight up about the costs and allow you to pick what you want to have the work on at any individual appointment so you can remain and work within your budget. They "do not" try to force work on you that you prefer to not have done. They do take insurance but I have none and they do give discounts if you are paying out of pocket instead of using insurance.

I went in last week to have 10 teeth pulled and got new dentures. I cried the entire time because it kinda hurt getting all those shots. My gums are healing nicely and I hope to wear my dentures soon with ease. The staff was great, the front desk to the lady who made the mold for my dentures. The dentist was amazing and quick. They did not sugar cote anything and told me this would be uncomfortable. The only thing I wish the Clarksville’s location would do is sedate patients. I hate needles. The pre meds helped tho. The post op was great. Thanks for the kindness you showed me. I will definitely recommended your practice to my family and friends.

I can't rave enough about my experiences at Aspen Dental. I have never felt so comfortable and welcomed at any doctor's office in my whole life.  The Dr's and staff are the nicest and most professional people, always smiling and gracious. If I needed to come in for an adjustment I never waited for an appointment. As I said before....wonderful  and fabulous team of professionals.  If you need any dental work Aspen Dental is the best.
