The only reason why I am giving one star is because the customer service is terrible. I had come in for a visit granted it was a couple years since I have had a visit to the dentist. My insurance company changed so I figured I would give Aspen Dental a shot. I came in there three days ago and got an examination before any services were done. The processes were fine that day and everyone was accommodating. When the dentist saw me after my x-rays and evaluations she told me that I was going to need to remove the tooth and my crown that fell off a week prior to my visit can not be put back on. Towards the end of my visit she asked me if I would like my crown back. I asked her if I should hold on to it because of the tooth not being able to be saved. She said I would most likely have no use with it so I left it. I had another evaluation done just to make sure I didn't have to extract the tooth. I was told I could have it put back in. I had asked them today if I could have my crown back. The desk person then argued with me that I took the crown back. I know for a fact I didn't take the crown back. Just because she argued with me I am not happy with Aspen Dental and I will never go back. If anyone asks me about Aspen Dental I will not refer them there ever. They have lost a new patient and any other patients I could have referred to them in the future.

Customer service is excellent, they are curteous, kind, helpful, patient and ALWAYS HAVE A smile!! The dentist I had in POUGHKEEPSIES OFFICE WAS the BEST I have ever been to. She has  the perfect blend of a caring, patient 
& understanding dentist along w/ her expertise and professionalism I KNEW I was in the best of hands!

Had a broken tooth on my denture. Did a good job . Had it done that day and gave me a discount thanks.

I used to like this facility very much but I have to say that it is going down hill. There has been lots of staff changes and not for the better. The hygienist is still the same and VERY nice. There is one other front desk person who is nice when she knows it's me. There are way to many cancellations without enough notice and now there is usually a wait time on top of that. They called me to cancel both my cleaning and checkup scheduled for the same day as I was walking in for the appointment. I come from an hour away and left work early to get there on time. Thankfully the hygienist took me anyway. The new Dentist was cold and the exam took 1 minute. It was as if he was looking for something to be wrong with my teeth. I felt fine and no pain. He said I needed to replace an old crown from years ago because it was done wrong. Maybe it was but it isn't giving me any problems so why fix what isn't broke. He told them up front to check if my insurance covers it so out of curiosity I waited and was told that because they didn't do it their surgeon wouldn't do it. So what was the point!  Anyway this place is not the same anymore. Thankfully my teeth have been good and I usually only need a cleaning. If not I would probably start looking elsewhere.

Great place for the most part, except I had a dentist Who only gave 30 seconds for a exam then said nothing. Then when I got to check out the lady said I will need gingervitus cleaning a 2 part cleaning not covered
 by insurance. Very unprofessional by a very uncaring dentist can't believe they let her practice their.
The overall Staff was pretty good though.
