I started going there around Fed 17 and went thru the whole first exam, she said I need work which I already knew. Then was told I had to pay X amount of money up front and all forced to sign up for a care credit card. I stupidly scheduled the next few appointment to get started. Everything started out great. Got my first fillings no problem, first cleaning was great. Scheduled the next appointment, receive a call the day of my appointment to reschedule after I had already took off work. This happened twice! Luckily I was able to get the money I had stupidly already paid back, I will not be going back. I will have to pay a new office to redo the fillings that have fallen out now for a second time. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!

Dental work was fine but not very professionally run business. I had two cleaning appointments, one of which they rescheduled once, and the other they rescheduled twice on me since their hygienist called in. Also, instead of asking me to pay my bill after the cleaning (or calling / emailing / mailing me a bill) they went straight to a debt collection company for me to pay the bill. They worked to resolve the issue afterwards (4 months after my appointment), but still lots of runaround for what could have been a simple procedure.

Met with Dr. Graham, very impressed. Start my work on 7-13-16.0h4. Lots of problems. Billed my insurance & credit card for services not rendered yet, can't get it back after 2 yrs of trying.. change Drs 3 times during my process.

I will never ever recommend anyone to do business with this place. Absolutely horrible. I sat with my husband for 3+ hours to have a tooth pulled. After being over charged for a mouthwash that you can get at the pharmacy they didn’t have it in stock. I asked for a prescription so that it could be filled that night, I was told we don’t do that. But the dr gave me one. So I payed twice for medicine. We were told that my husband had a deductible of one amount and charged more. In order to charge my credit card the amount had to be over $200. Really !?!! Oh and you can’t get a refund unless it’s the full amount. This is the most money hungry place ever. I wish I had read the other reviews and talked to others before going here. I havent heard anything good about this place. I understand hippa laws but you don’t mind to take my money or charge my card but you can’t tell me why you charged my card more money bc it’s for my husband. Worst experience ever. The dentist himself was great but the office manager was horrible. I asked questions and she couldn’t even look at me when answering. I’m calling the credit card company and letting them know all about this as well. Do not go to this place!!!!

Friendly staff; however, they have a new policy that even if you have a scheduled appt if you don't confirm your appt within 24 hrs, you risk having your appt cancelled without your knowledge.
