The staff are awesome!....I was treated professionally, with compassion, kindness, and made to feel like I mattered. The staff is awesome from the Front desk to all of the dental assistants and Dr. G. I needed something done within a specific timeframe for an event and they have gone above and beyond to get everything I needed completed within the timeframe I had. I am not a person who writes reviews often. however I felt in this case they needed to know they are appreciated for all of their hard work!.....

Made me wait two hours before they started and because of this had intense pain. The dentist assured me that there won't be anything that feels sharp and to let them know if it did.They seemed unprofessional when the drill broke Through my touth and stabbed my nerve. I know this happened because the numbing medicine was immediately overcome with the worse pain of my life. The dentist stopped the procedure and had to add more numbing medicine and apologize for stabbing my nerve.I will not EVER go back but, I will refer them to my worse enemies.

Dr G.......SIMPLY AMAZING! SHE CARES ABOUT MY SMILE!!!! BILLING PRACTICES......Like car salesmen! They will push you to buy the MOST EXPENSIVE, NONEMERGENCY TREATMENTS!!! DONT CARE WHAT YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES ARE JUST PAY THEM! (NO INSURANCE) I was going to pull a tooth that could be saved w root canal because I couldn't afford an almost 2k cleaning!!!! Dr G came in room, realized what was happening, REDESIGNED MY TREATMENT SAVED MY TOOTH AND I WAS ABLE TO AFFORD IT!!!!! If it wasn't for her I would be without my front tooth!!! SHE IS A DENTIST W A NAME NOT A CORP NUMBER BEHIND HER! SHE LOVES HER PATIENTS! AND I LOVE HER!!!! I AM THANKFUL!!!! ITS MY SMILE, NOT A CAR!!!! IT HAS TO LAST MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!! However, even being cut throat the staff INCLUDING billing were the absolute friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Even thru extreme pain they made me SMILE!

I would give 0 stars. Or negative even. I spent a long time trying to schedule a Saturday appt for my kids. Finally found this set up an appt. Responded to email and confirmed. Receptionist was so nice set up an appt in the future for my wife. I arrive early sat morning. Nobody is there. I call no answer call 800 number and find out they are closed and there is no record of my appts that THEY confirmed. I will never go to another Aspen. There system is antiquated and they wasted so much of my time. Negative / 0 stars. Go somewhere else!!!!!

Let's start with I made an appointment, filled out my paperwork online as a new client before my arrival. I needed to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled as well as another 1 and a deep cleaning. I showed up at the right time for my appointment and waited almost an hour and a half to be seen. Then im finally seen, take some xrays and see the dental hygienists only to be told that I need my teeth cleaned, a crown and some surgeries for my wisdom teeth. She told me that she would clean my teeth get me some antibiotics and pain meds that day. At this point I'm ready to get started on the teeth cleaning and get my prescriptions. Nope 5 min later I'm in another waiting room and then given a bill to come back again and do these things. So you mean to tell me you made me wait past my appointment time didn't do any procedures and yet wanted me to pay a bill so that you could start the next time although I was in pain currently and you knew that. With all of this said i have INSURANCE TOO. Unacceptable service I will NOT be returning.
