I was scheduled for dental surgery and i showed up to the office, a notice was on the door saying the doctor wasn’t in that day. I called back and scheduled another appointment for 2 weeks later. i showed up to the office again and the same story, i called and they said “A doctor wasn’t available today.” I found a different dentist after they tried to schedule me for a new appointment for 3 weeks after that.

Very, organized friendly and curtious. They did my dental work very fast, and with no pain. I would recommend them. The Dr. Explained what was going to happen.

Wonderful experience. Extracting my tooth was much easier than I expected. The cost was also less then I expected.  I would definitely recommend this office.

Hello Aspen Dental office 8426 in Sandusky Ohio. They quoted me a price of a certain amount which includes 3 fillings and a cleaning.  Come to find out one of the office personal only wrote down 1 filling and cleaning.  Without me knowing what was going on.  Now I have an additional charge  for the 2 more fillings.  Plus I got home yesterday come find out the tooth that needed fix didn't get fix, the one beside it did.  This is on bottom teeth.  I feel that Aspen Dental should honor the original quote. All the office personal was courteous.
