Great, first impression. All staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Check was so personable and thorough in addressing all my questions. I thought the prices were great compared to other offices and they also accept discount plans which makes pricing even better. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was told I was the first appointment of the day when scheduled but I waited a considerable amount of time, having multiple others called before me. I wasn't upset about it because I expect to wait for any appointment (that is just how it goes) but just something to keep in mind when scheduling.

Very nice. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Everybody was very nice. I liked Dr. Check. They are now my whole family's dentist iffice.

very nice and friendly,upfront on pricing before work is done ,would def would recommend got me in to see someone within 2 days everyone else was 1 month to 2 months to get in

Everything was great, the facility is clean, polished even. The equipment is beyond state of the art. (My first exposure to the wrist cuff bp check.) The pre exam and examination of my teeth was thorough and professional. I was all set to be an Aspen dental customer for the rest of my life. The staff was professional until checkout. The amount after insurance was high but not out of reach. I was told that I had an appointment for surgery of December 17. But the amount of $1,072.49 was due immediately. When I said I was not prepared to pay that now, the reply was I had until December 4 to pay and my take was that my surgery date stayed the same - December 17. My impression of the lady was that she was there against her will. While every one else at Aspen Dental was friendly, cheerful; this person had no smile, no happiness in her repertoire. The next day, Saturday (today) I called to pay by credit card. The person that answered said she was the person I talked with yesterday and payment could only be made in person. Then she claimed to be unable to hear me on the phone several times and hung up. When I called back, there was a message stating the hours of the Uniontown Aspen Dental office. Several things seem applicable: The drive from my home to the dental office takes over an hour Are there other persons on staff that are less than friendly? say a surgeon for instance? My credit rating is nearly 800, sometimes more I have dealt with dozens of professional offices in my life and Aspen Dental is the first that has required payment before a procedure. Others have stated that as a policy but did not require payment up front from me Overall, the rating would be 5+ except for the unsmiling, abrasive woman at checkout

The only thing that was a little upsetting was my appointment was at 2:15, and I was not brought in for my cleaning until 2:50. When I made the remark "running behind a little today " they all said no, made me wonder if this is normal for them..it would have been nice to hear an apology for running late. The rest of my appointment was great
