I had a tooth extracted. They did a exam. of my teeth and several xrays and also a gum exam. Every thing way free , except for the extraction. The extraction was painless and done in a timely fashion . I needed it out and they took it out. I'm completely satisfied. And the cost was GREAT.

I have been a patient for almost 4 years with my dentures. Cosmetically they look great. Functionality i have been having problems with. I can't bite off from the front. And the fit has never really been comfortable. I've been told that i should've be having this many problems with the fit. (By longtime denture users) My last visit wasn't my usual experience. Many new faces. And I've never felt so rushed before! I was there for an hour and a half and i think exam was probably 6 minutes. I needed a reline. They called me a cpl hours later to tell me that i have to pay over $200 for it. (After insur) i have had that before and never had to pay. I was informed (all along by the assistants that do the adjustments most of the time) that my dentures would be adjusted and relined from time to time due to my jaw moving and shrinking and that it would be covered by my 7 year warranty. (With the exception of jaw shrinkage from rapid weight loss) They apologized for the misinformation. I don't know if that warranty has changed in the 4 years but part of the reason i chose this type of denture was for the longer warranty. And i definitely would have remembered having been told that i would be paying that much for relining them with knowing how much my jaw would be changing! So...ya, not a happy camper!

Well I haven't had much performed other than an examination and the so called "deep cleaning." I lived in Germany half of my life and deep cleaning is a regular cleaning. There is no difference set between what regular cleaning and extra cleaning is. Money making tactic USA style again. I write that because I am in a processe of having multiple procedures done over the next few months. So I can not complain at all. Very friendly and informative staff. Gentle hands through-out the office. From the doctor to the hygienist to the technician and even the admin (referring to my bill.). Hahahaha! I will write more as my experience grows. I did recommend them to my future brother in law. Lol

I have never had so many scheduling issues. Waited over an hour and a half at my 1st appointment. Had to reschedule 2nd Apt twice. Now at 2nd Apt they say it is actually for tomorrow but they can do the cleaning today. Currently still waiting 30 minutes later than they said I will be seen. Would find another provider but they took over $500 deposit on work at 1st Apt. Very disappointed.
