The service was excellent. I had a wait time of more than 20 minutes before I was called to the back but understandable because sometimes procedures take longer than expected. The young lady that took my xrays was awesome! Very apologetic for the wait and her pleasant attitude and friendly smile made the difference. The doctor was very thorough and explained my options. My overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend this office for your dental needs.

Everyone was really nice and their hours are so convenient. The technicians were very skilled and gentle and provided great information.

This is an amazing team in Bessemer! From front desk to doctor, they took very good care of my elderly mom. Highly recommend!

The staff at Aspen dental in Bessemer, Alabama are very sweet,and take the time to explain everything to you so that you know what you are going to need! I do not like to go to the dentist and they made me feel comfortable and relaxed!

I was very happy with my first ever visit to Aspen Dental! Everyone in the staff that I encountered always introduced themselves and everyone was very friendly. I was impressed by the thoroughness of my initial office visit. Honestly I had never had my prior dentist office check every tooth for gum disease as Aspen Dental did. After initial assessment, an office manager reviewed the treatment recommendations and advised what my costs would be. That's very important to have that information up front to make an informed decision. Overall I was very pleased with my first exposure to Aspen Dental!
