Pleasantly amazed. I needed to get in quickly and this office was close to me. Extremely impressed with the ease of scheduling online. Staff was timely, efficient and professional. Dentist was professional and explained everything. Will definitely return

The office staff is completely and utterly incompetent. The customer support itself is abysmal. With each and every visit, I was misquoted on my balance. Imagine going in and being told numerous times that your balance was $800 only to come in a week later and find out that your balance is actually $1800. As an isolated incident, I would be willing to chalk it up to a simple error, but this exact situation has happened to me on at least three separate occasions. They are unwilling to work with you and offer only a half-hearted apology. They do not call when they say they will for follow ups. Save your money, time and mental well-being and find another dentist. I would rather pull my own teeth out with a rusty pair of pliers than ever set foot in this dumpster fire of a business ever again. As a side note, the actual dental work I've received from this place may as well have been done with said pliers. The work is sloppy and seemingly temporary. Nearly half of the work I've had done there, I've had to have a different dentist correct. For the love of all that is holy, avoid this place like the plague that it is.

I would not recommend aspen dental to friends. I had a long wait, an awful experience with x-rays. And a 5 minute visit with dentist. I would have preferred a cleaning, but it was not an option for my first visit. The staff is friendly and helpful. My visit was an hour and a half long. Too much waiting!

I had the best experience the person that worked with me was so nice and kind. She was very attentive to me and made sure i was comfortable. My experience was awesome

horrible.... please don't ever go here! I have my teeth cleaned every 6 months and my insurance changed. thought I'd try Aspen out.... I am 23 years old and was told I have over 30 cavities after having Xrays when I already had them done this year and they just needed to call my old dentist. I was told by bill would be 4,000. I took my Xrays to a second opinion ... turns out I don't have any cavities!
