A great dental office. The dentists, hygienists, dental assistants and patient service rep all good at what they do and take care of their patients. Highly recommend this dental office!

The front desk staff are very unprofessional. If you call, they answer just to put you on hokd for 10 minutes and then someone else answers and does the same. The attitude over the phone is unprofessional. Then when you go for an appointment, the front desk is still unpleasant. However, once you get pass the front desk crew, the service is wonderful. The dentist and the assistants are pleasant. They help make up for the horrible people at the front desk. I have been going to them for over 2 years now and the front desk staff changes often and yet they are all still unpleasant. After my last phone experience and the attitude I was given, I made an appointment with Agnini Dental and they were 20 times more professional. And believe it or not, Agnini was cheaper than Aspen even with my insurance. I am officially done trying with Aspen Dental.

My new dentures have had 2 teeth fall out .The communication is very poor and I was told that I was called when they were ready. No messages received. The oral surgeon is a butcher ! This is the office in Lakekand I am referring too.

I wish there were two separate sections here. The hygienists, office manager, and dentists are awesome. Once I was in the office for the appointment , I was treated amazingly. However, the front desk and appointment staff needs help. There has been several occasions over several months that have left me very frustrated.  I have been left on hold at least three different times for at least 15 minutes. If you hang up and call back you are immediately put on hold. When I expressed my concern, the attitude is that they can not answer all the phone calls at one time so I asked when my turn would come up, I was then hung up on. How about take a message and call me back when it is less busy if you do not like four phone calls ringing at once. I have tried to express my concerns to management and have been told it will be looked into with no improvement.  I am sorry to give up the excellent care of the service staff, but I can not deal with the lack of professionalism or care by the receptionist.

Out standing place. The fees, the charges, and they even push people to take x-rays. I have to explain to the worker. "Listen here you hard working person. . . I DON'T WANT ANY OF THIS! I just wanted my teeth clean. If I say no. . . (Triggered) I MEAN NO! Then you got to listen to them talk about cavities. "You have four." Next time "two" next time "none, also we would like to take another x-ray. 200 dollars plz." But for you mom's out there, if you have free health care and taking care of your kids. Do not fall for WISDOMLY lies.
