My name is Baroni Smith I am a Jamaican and I when to Aspen Dental to remove my wisdom teeth and the service I received was a 💯% perfect 👌 performance the doctor 👨‍⚕️ that did the Extraction was outstanding and he explain the way he is going to do the extraction he was very gentle and said to me if I feel uncomfortable when he start taking the teeth out I must raise my hand and he will stop 🛑 so it’s with great pleasure to recommend anyone to Aspen Dental and I just want to say a big thank you to all the staff of Aspen Dental and just to let you know I will visit Aspen Dental again.

I want to thank everyone at this office. I'm a elderly woman with facial paralysis . It was no easy task to fit me with dentures, Dr Saleem was so patient with me. Reyna always professional. Scam artists, be on high alert!

My boyfriend needed to get a tooth pulled, he was in excruciating pain that OTC pain killers wouldn't touch. We settled for Aspen Dental because of the emergency status of getting this taken care of, I would've avoided it like the plague otherwise, seeing as how they're all about making money, not helping the patient.

We scheduled the first available appointment which was the next morning at 830 am. We both work nights and I have a sleep disorder, so getting in that early was a struggle for us, but we needed to get it done. He made it very clear over the phone that he needed a tooth pulled asap, that was the entire point of the visit. They brought him in and wasted an hour of both of our time (while I was basically trying not to fall asleep in the waiting room) attempting to sell him $9,000 worth of unnecessary dental work (something they are well known for doing when other dentists will follow up and disagree). Then they quoted him $300 for the tooth pull (more than twice the price quoted on the website) and refused to set him up for a payment plan because he has a tip based income rather than pay stubs. So they rescheduled him for 11am, meaning we couldn't get this done and go home and get sleep before work. We had to go home, get $300 cash, and come back, effectively eating our entire morning when we normally sleep and prolonging the pain of the tooth for hours.

The procedure itself was quick but notably rough across the board. Just hoping it heals alright and we can avoid this place in the future. They bank off poor people with no insurance who don't have the time or access to better dentists to shop around, and try to rope you into agreeing to thousands of dollars worth of debt but then refuse to let you finance $300 for what you actually came in to do. Total scam.
