We haven't had dental insurance for years. Though we tried to keep our children up to date, when time came to start putting them in college, many things fell by the side. It's hard having to make that choice, but a better chance at life than we had came first. When I was in so much pain and first went to Aspen, I NEVER felt the shame or guilt that I felt elsewhere. Everyone was so kind, caring, respectful and the facilities were spotless. I now have a proud beautiful smile. My daughter has just begun her journey with Aspen as a student and they have already shown the same care and helpfulness in working with her. I have no hesitation in recommending Aspen! Thank you all!!

I selected Aspen because they are open later than most dentists in the area, but I have since switched to a local family practice. To switch over to their care I had to have a preliminary exam before scheduling a cleaning. It had some hidden fees that were not mentioned until I received the bill in the mail. Some of the staff were nice, but the whole place is bizarre and very corporate feeling compared to all other dentists I have been to (big tv in every room). The dentist himself didn’t introduce himself and was in and out of the room in 60 seconds. I scheduled my actual cleaning appointment, but when I showed up they told me they filed my name backwards (Lawrence Reilly) which caused them to not realize I had an appointment. This is a classic situation for someone with two first names, but it was handled weirdly with them sending me home with an afterthought thank you. I’m sure they know how to clean teeth, but definitely wouldn’t recommend to someone looking for quality care

Nice atmosphere, new and clean building. I did have a relatively long wait, my appointment was at 3:00 and I didn't get called in until 3:30. The hygienist that did my X-rays was very nice, and they cleaned my nightguard for me for free upon request. I had to wait about ten more minutes to see the doctor, and he did not introduce himself or speak to me at all, only came in briefly to glance at my X-rays and a 2-second look at only the occlusal surfaces of my teeth before he pronounced me healthy and prescribed just a cleaning. Which I am OK with but I also have some gum erosion I wanted to talk about and didn't get a chance to voice any concerns about. I would say make your concerns known ahead of time, because the doctor isn't going to stick around long!

The dental assistants and hygenist were great and very thorough. I like how easy it is to make an appointment at Aspen as well. My only concern was that the dentist seemed super rushed when he was checking for cavities.
