My lab tech is Joe Hamilton and he has done a great job. I had dentures made and fitting was a problem. However, Mr. Hamilton has taken the time and effort to help them fit better. I'm glad for his expertise in this matter. I know of several people who have dentures and they all have problems with their fit. At least mine are more comfortable now. Thank you Joe.

Started out good. Got the paper telling me what it would be. Go in for bottoms n told I owe like 1600 and that's AFTER they pulled the wrong tooth and then offer me a "discount", yea I guess so after the bill has DOUBLED and I still only have the temporaries and am STILL waiting on the micro screws n permanents. Wonder how much more they're gonna raise my bill.Gonna go in Monday for a refit (they didn't wanna do it till November) and see what they say. 3 of my friends left aspen n went somewhere else and theirs is all finished n fits. Unbelievable!See Monday, maybe take to social media. Thanks, Russ PS..when the oriental(so called district manager was there, one time, haven't seen her since nor before) said I needed to pay more money I asked why I was charged TWICE for visits, dentures etc.she started yelling n threatening to throw me out and not continue to work on me even after I explained they weren't done yet. What BS

I went here for the first time yesterday and had a pretty unfortunate experience. The x-rays were very uncomfortable - more than normal. The piece was very large and the technician didn't seem to know how to place it properly. It left the roof of my mouth and underneath my tongue bleeding and I have several sores this morning - so much so that it's hard to eat today. (At one point, I couldn't bite down quite right, and she realized it was because the cord of the machine was in my mouth - completely unsanitary). The tech was aware of my pain and did apologize. After the x-rays, I was taken to a room where a few different dentists came through and it seemed very unorganized as they didn't explain their purpose or what was happening next. Towards the end, they told me everything looked great and I could leave but I hadn't gotten my cleaning so I had to ask for it. Nice people but not a professional practice - I'd advise against it.

Prior to being seen at Aspen Dental I had a few bad experiences that in turn made me very nervous to have dental work done. However, Dr. Goraya explained everything incredibly well, and reassured me that I wouldn't have to worry about that with him doing my extraction. He made me feel so much better about the entire situation and definitely eased my nerves. The extraction was well executed and far surpassed my expectations considering my experiences at other dentists in the past. I would definitely refer family and friends to Aspen Dental, especially to have Dr. Goraya handle their dental work. I will definitely be back in the future! Great job Aspen!
