I will try not to drone on forever about the awful experience I've had here....The main points are that they will keep you waiting, sometimes for several hours, for absolutely not treatment, they will treat you as though you are a pest and not a patient, you will probably not see the same dentist twice and they will never learn your name or care about you personally, they will find ways to charge you excessive amounts of money for services you don't need, they are as unprofessional a dentist office as I have ever seen. You will get better customer service at the tire place across the street. (I should know, I've used both places) I came here and was immediately scheduled for oral surgery at the Chattanooga office, also a horrible experience, and then came back when they pain in my jaw and mouth did not decrease. I was simply given a prescription for more pain pills and shoved out the door. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't getting an infection or something! I came back again when the pain did not subside and another dentist I've never met came in, painfully poked around in my mouth, told me I was fine, and sent me on my way. No answers and no help. I went for the final time yesterday to get a cleaning and the 3 fillings I apparently needed. Before they started I told them I was still in pain from the surgery and warned them that I would be sensitive so they numbed my whole mouth immediately. That's fine, but I also told them how sick I'd been all weekend from the pain I was still experiencing. (you don't know me, but I don't just get sick often.) The response I got was, "I think that's all just in your head." Excuse me? I was laying on my bathroom floor vomiting from the motion sickness and pain in my mouth and jaw....sure, that's in my head. When yet another new dentist came in for my fillings she said that she disagrees with the other doctor and just wanted to do one. That and she was telling her assistant they needed to hurry so she could leave. I don't know if I needed one or more, or less....All I know is I will never go back there again.

Oh, I almost forgot. They started trying to convince me that I have some serious gum disease and that I have to come back for a cleaning every 3 months, at the least! I will be going to a real dentist to get a second opinion on the state of my oral health and I will gladly post those results here too as I'm sure there will be a pretty staggering difference in opinion there. All in all they got $1200 out of me before I realized what I'd become a victim of, and that's a pricey lesson learned. If you're going to spend the money to go to the dentist and get these things done, then go to one that treats you like a person, with respect, deference, and honesty about your treatment. 
Oh and no, you do not need that ridiculous Bluetooth capable toothbrush. Get on amazon and buy yourself the same things for half the price if that's what you want, but you could also spend less than that for one that works just as well and doesn't drain the battery on your phone more than everything else already does.

Wonderful experience with my dad! From start to finish with his dentures!  Staff was great and he said he feels better than he has in long time!  They are great!!!! Debbie wilson

Best dental experience!  Extremely helpful staff!  Sheryl is a wonderful hygienist.  Calmed my fears and made the experience painless!

I am one of those folks that just don't go to the dentist for fear.  I went in to a very clean and nice office.  The whirlwind of things that occurred next such as x-rays, cleaning,  consultation and an extraction made me feel very comfortable.  They ALL were very nice and answered  everything very clearly.  I have another appointment with them that I will keep because thus far this was the BEST dental location and GREATEST dentist and staff I have EVER experienced.  Thank you so much for everything,  see ya Monday
