The staff was amazing .. as well as my dental assistant Eryca Noreen. I was virtually in and out and my emergency surgery went very smoothly ... I would highly recommend this staff to anyone

A very good experience. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I was able to get more things done, dentally in one day than I had planned on, w/o a return visit. Dr. 'F' was very reachable, as was his Asst. Melissa B. , but, again, all the staff were very helpful. Much thanks to all of them. Also, it was not a painful experience, I'm sure it could have been worse except for the compassion and understanding of those directly in charge of my needs

I gave great review until I discovered something sneaky.   I was never given one single paper to sign except for the first papers about insurance. I was given a stupid fancy oral b toothbrush after having half my teeth cleaned. I was never told I was PAYING for it, only was told my 1st 3 visits will cost me over $300dollars, and I wrote a check, assuming this was parts ins won't pay. Just found out hubby was given some papers that say a huge list of things that should have only been procedures and DENTAL materials but has, as first item, $130 for this toothbrush. Has a photostat of  signature very high on the line and looks like a fake, signed with only first initial yet typed in date. He does not remember anything about the toothbrush being on it, but I have never received these papers and resent highly them giving me this thing without once mentioning I might have to pay for it.  I have never seen papers like hubby has, where the sign in anddatespotsareon the2nd paper and the  papers AFTER that have this toothbrush first thing listed, as if it is  dental material, which should mean a bridge, crown, cavity filled. I am going to demand they show  eme any paper With my signature on it saying I agree to pay for this stupid thing. Betthecompany getsthemfree. I don't want anything to do with them if they go thru such great care to trick you into buying a damn toothbrush while carefully not mentioning it is not really a material, it is rather, a device and not one person tells you,beforehand, that it is not free and you must pay for it. I could have bought one at Amazon it I wanted one.Will be demanding to see my papers, and see if my signature is tiny and up high on the line, as that is not how  I sign  anything.Something aint right.

First and last time patient of Aspen Dental in Niskayuna. Went in for a problem I was having with a tooth. Waited over an hour to be seen, even though I had an appointment made. I must say, the young lady who took my x-rays in the beginning was very nice. After that was over, I was taken to an exam room and waited ANOTHER 30 MINUTES!!! The dentist that I was given was the rudest, pushiest, uncompasionate dentist I have ever had! It almost got to the point where I was about to walk out. My issue was never really addressed and was sent on my way with no explanation. Even his assistant seemed very surprised with the way I was treated. I will not be returning!!!

I had an appointment at 10:30, for which I left work on a lunch break, it's now 11:30 and I have still not been seen. This is every time I come here. Why do they set appointments with no intention of keeping them? They have one doctor running around to 6 different patients at once. I feel like I'm at a jiffy lube.
