Waiting time was minimal.  Staff was very professional and helpful.  I was seen for an initial exam by the dentist.  She seemed very willing to  answer any questions I had.  I will be returning to have a tooth extracted.  More to come...

By far the most efficiently and appropriately staffed dental operation I've ever experienced. Everyone had  specific job and did it well. "a model business".  I have not yet had the "pleasure??" of having my teeth worked on by them, but they came recommended by one of my sons and one of my daughters who were well satisfied.

I absolutely LOVED my experience  today with Aspen Dental.  The dentist was so patient and sweet. My x-ray tech was way above and beyond caring.  Her name is Justine and just loved the whole experience. Thanks so much to everyone there!

I couldn't of been happier with my experience at Aspen Dental in Kingston New York From the moment I was received at the reception to the moment I left and happy on my way home the Staff are super very very genuinely friendly upbeat,compassionate and efficient. The office manager Jesse is very caring helpful and again efficient, Nichole is so very caring upbeat to make you feel so very comfortable and she double checks to make sure you are satisfied and set. I just can't say enough about Doctor Bedin, she is very friendly and most compassionate to make sure you are comfortable and informed and the best Dentist I've ever seen, I had tooth extractions and Dr. Bedin was the best at giving the numbing needles, I didn't even feel them  she made sure through out the procedure that I was ok, The best bed side manner you could hope for  the same goes for her assistant. I recommend to everyone, when you need to go to the Dentist, GO HERE. there the best

Not a long wait for an appt. or after I arrived at the office.  High tech, state of the art facility. X-rays took a long time compared to other offices.  Staff is very friendly. If you need work you'll be seen in a private office where all the money issues are broken down for you...not unlike when you go to buy a car.  Keep that in mind.
