Everyone in that office is amazing. 
I LOVE Tina... she is so great. I had an appointment and I told them I was going to be late for work. They got me in and out as quickly as possible. Some of the best customer service ever! Thanks Aspen dental Chesterfield Staff!

Broke my partial went to the office without appointment the following day. They took me rrjght in. I expected to have to get a new one. But they repaired like new.  Cost 125 dollars I arrived at 10 am repair was completed by 12. They are great.

The office staff and dental assistants at this practice are great. Unfortunately the dentist is terrible. I went in to have a tooth pulled and he ended up doing more damage to the tooth next to the one he was pulling. I kept telling him during the process he was hurting me but he kept telling the dental assistant I was fine and yanking on my mouth. He didn't go over after care with me just handed me a pamphlet. Unfortunately the pamphlet just said take pain meds as instructed. He didn't give me anything for pain nor did he discuss what I could take so when the novocaine wore off I had to call the emergency line for guidance. They paged the emergency doctor for 2 hours and I never got a response. The next morning when I called to complain I was told to calm down they would prescribe me something. They completely dismissed my initial concerns. If you need a cleaning this is a great office but other wise don't come here.

I relocated to Michigan and had to find a new dental office. I'm glad I found Aspen Dental in Chesterfield. My experience was great! Everyone was very friendly. Tina, the hygienist explained to me every steps during my treatment. I also like that they listed every single item clearly in the bill including the price, discount, insurance benefits, patient responsibility, etc.

Everyone was friendly. Tina the hygienist seemed very nice and knowledgable. Fairly thorough new patient exam performed by the doctor. Looking forward to my first dental cleaning with them.
