Very Inconvenient! My wife had like 7 appointments (3 Months) and still hasn't had anything that she needed done! I took off tons of time from work to watch the kids and she would come back home with nothing done. They ordered the wrong tooth color, had to reorder, then didn't have the flipper, broke the impression, came in to redo the impression and they didn't have the materials to do the impression this very day! What a waist! The dentists and staff are very unreliable and make tons of mistakes. We are pretty understandable people and are pretty patient, but after the 4th mistake we decided to go somewhere that could actually help us.

After getting two different dentist's opinions, we now know the dentist had no idea what he was doing. He did a crown lengthening on a tooth that needed to be pulled. To make a long story short, we have the tooth pulled yet are still paying $600 dollars to Aspen because they, "Stand by their work". And we signed a form that apparently lets them do what ever they want and get away with it. 

I'm writing this review to warn people about this place. I never do stuff like this but our experience was a nightmare. We trusted the dentist's opinion blindly and got majority taken advantage of. We are a struggling family on government assistance with no dental insurance paying for a tooth that is no longer there?

By the way the Patient Satisfaction Team did not help us. We are still unsatisfied.

I went in to see about getting dentures. That I have been waiting for since 1999. And they did all my x-rays and exam and said that I was a good candidate for dentures. The financial lady helped me get a loan to help.pay for my procedure. They have worked hard to get me prepared in less than 3 day for my big day.

Everyone at the office is extremely friendly and very helpful. I don't have any dental insurance due to being a poor college student. Not only were they financially helpful, but they were quick about getting me in, friendly and gentle with the work.
