Been going to Aspen for years. Best staff ever! Always accommodating and professional. But for the first time I was a little concerned with the cleanliness of the treatment areas. Even the arm of the big light fixture needs a good scrubbing. Counters we're dusty and the floor needed sweeping and mopping all the way to the corners. 
Chairs are getting ratty looking and need to be  replaced. 
Time to put some profits back into the business.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here and everyone who worked there was nice and efficient. My surgery was barely 20mins and I was treated with respect and concern.

Very friendly and professional and knowledgeable staff in all areas. All of our children are seen there and the staff manages through TWO dental insurance companies for us!!

So I went to aspen dental back in April for teeth cleaning. We were told the insurance we had would cover the services that Aspen dental said I needed. They tried to sell me this 'antibacterial' service for my teeth. I have never needed that while having dental work done ever, (and I had braces!). I denied having this service done. Well low and behold when the time came to pay the insurance said the aspen dental had performed dental work that was unnecessary overall! I was shocked! Currently I have to play phone tag with both of them so they will talk to each other to get this paper work done. In the end I most likely will have have to foot this bill. I do not recommend this to anyone as the person who files for insurance clearly does not do their job correctly. 1/5 do not recommend their service. Find another place for dental work.

Tammy and Dr Bhat and all the others         ( sorry I don't know everybody's name)
 were GREAT...
They all were extremely professional and very patient...Recommend highly....they cover their work, and help me out several times in a emergency...and they were the best priced!
