I’ve had nothing but great interactions with the employees of Aspen! Eric, the office manager is very personable and makes each patient feel comfortable. The dentists and hygienists are so friendly and you can tell they care! Definitely will keep going to Aspen.

Aspen Dental was very thorough in every aspect of my teeth. Each and every person there was cheerful and most helpful. They explained everything they needed to do and why in explicit detail. Thank you Aspen Dental for all your knowledge and experience. The only problem would be the that there wasn’t enough help for me to get any work done because of the finances.

Today I had my last dealings with Aspen Dental. My long, strange trip began when at the age of 68 my teeth had finally worn down to the gum line, making dentures an unfortunate reality. Starting early in the fall of 2016, I had x-rays and an evaluation, which led to the decision to do a full upper denture and a partial lower denture. I also had to have more than a dozen teeth extracted. After the surgery, temporary dentures were placed in my mouth and it was explained to me that it would take about 6 months before the permanent dentures could be fitted. Here's where it all goes wrong. After receiving the temporary dentures, I immediately began to express my concerns about the size of the teeth, and the fact that they didn't work well in my mouth. It's hard to explain what the problems are when you can't even see the same dentist when you go there.I saw a total of four different dentists between October and June. None of them seemed interested in my input, or were aware of what had been discussed in previous visits. The result was a pair of ill fitting dentures which actually had to be relined on the same day as delivery. Several weeks later, after being unable to eat with these clunkers, I went back for an adjustment. They simply ground the tops of the teeth off. These dentures should have been remade, not simply put on a sanding machine to make the teeth shorter. I was totally dissatisfied with these dentures and asked for a refund, as is "Guaranteed" by Aspen Dental.I was told that they could keep adjusting them as long as they wanted. At that rate they could run out the 90 day satisfaction guarantee, leaving me with dentures only useful for scaring small children at Halloween. These people are not interested in doing the right thing. Once they have your money, which you must pay up front, your dental care becomes nothing but a liability to them. I don't even want to go back there because I don't trust them to do the right thing. I guess they won. They got my money and I got, I guess, what I deserved. My advice to you, if you're still with me so far, is to go find yourself a Good Dental Clinic with caring personal, and avoid corporate or franchise operations that are not encumbered with any desire to do the right thing.

I called aspen dental as a new patient and needed a crown to be re cemented. The lady told me to come in at 1:15 yesterday. I got there by 1 and filled out the paperwork in about 5 minutes. They took me back to do X-rays and did 18 of them. The girl was very nice that did them. I was then taken in to a room and told a hygienist would be with me to do an exam. She looked at my teeth and also probed them. I had just had my teeth cleaned 6 months before this but she found a bunch of 4’s and also some bleeding. I’ve never had probing hurt as bad as it did this time so of course I bled, I’m also on blood thinners. So I was told I’d need a special cleaning etc. I mentioned to her that I needed to be back to work by 3 as well. Then the Dr. comes in after a long time and does an exam and tells me what all I need done. I tell her as well that I need to be back to work by 3 and by now it’s 2:30 ish.. she tells me I should probably have them do a new crown, even tho mine is 6 months old and still in perfect condition and she leaves. I wait and wait and wait and finally tell another girl I have to leave because it’s 2:55 and takes me 15 minutes to get back to work. So I was there for 2 hours and didn’t get what I needed done, just a treatment plan made and told I should buy an oral B because they are better than the sonicare I have. Today I get to office at 7:50, taken to a room about 8:04 and wait until about 8:55 for the doctor to finally come in. The cementing takes 5 minutes. That’s all I wanted done in the first place. I wasted over 3 hours for this whole ordeal. . I was also upset from sitting there so long and in pain and wrote a check for the cementing. Last week checks got stolen but I had the one checkbook still in my wallet and wrote the check out of habit from that checkbook. I get back to work and realize a little later that I had done that and call and tell them that acct is closed but I was putting another check in the mail from my new acct. She was fine with that. Then I get a voicemail around 5 saying that she talked to her manager and they can’t hold the check and have to put it through. I called back and left a vm telling them again that the check will come back. It’s not holding a check, they would get a new check in 2 Days. These people are money hungry, they seriously can’t wait 2 Days!? After waiting as long as I did I shouldn’t have had to pay for it in the first place. All they want is money .. that’s what I get for going to a corporate dentist. Also while I was waiting there I read some other reviews and a lot of other people had same issues as me with how long they were there. A limited exam and PA should have been done, at the most, I used to work for a dental office. This was crazy

Very nice and friendly service. They explained the care I would need in detail. They do their best to get the financial services you need, too.
