I went in for tooth pain, and they said I had an abscess tooth. So they pulled that tooth and had me on antibiotics, and said I will need a bridge. Fine whatever. They do bridge prep, take impressions, and get a temporary bridge put in. I go in for the permanent bridge and it doesn’t fit. So they take multiple more impressions and say I’ll have to come back. I make an appointment for a Monday and they say that won’t work, and without talking to me just reschedule my appointment for Friday at 11am. I have a job and I already had requested Monday off for the appointment they cancelled. So this did not work for me. I called to reschedule for Thursday as it’s my day off and they say they can’t make this work. So I say I would like my money back and I’ll go to a dentist that wants to work with my schedule (as this was their mistake, I assumed they would fit me in when it worked for my schedule) they said I needed to talk to an office manager. So, again fine whatever. They said she was on the phone and they would call me at 7am today to get this figured out. No phone call... also still getting texts and emails about this appointment they made for me on Friday!!  So I call again to tell them to calcell the appointment and speak to the office manager and now she is in a meeting. And may I add that I don’t usually take lunch breaks and work 4, 10 hour shifts. And did this all on my lunch break, only to find out that she will call me back at 1:30!! Well I will not be able to talk at that time. So needless to say I would rate negative stars if I could and hope this deters people from going to Aspen dental!!

Dr. Drake was so great! Your comfort level is #1. 
I had a wisdom tooth that another dentist said "We will probably break your lower jaw." 
Dr. Drake assured me that would NOT happen.
This stinker of a tooth was on a major nerve. 
Next day... No broken jaw and no nerve damage 😊

I'm not a person who gets nervous going to the dentist, but if you are this would be a good place for you to go. It'd been a few years since I'd had a cleaning, turns out I brush too hard. Blake did a fantastic job of explaining the damage it can do and the steps to take to prevent further damage. Prior to the cleaning he demonstrated how the cleaning tool worked as I'd never had a periodontal cleaning before. His chairside manner is great, and it was as enjoyable of an experience as a cleaning can be. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Great place! I'm not much for the dentist  (who is!) But felt very comfortable with everyone i came in counter with, from the Front desk, all the way to Billing (everyone in between) everyone was very friendly! I highly recommend this place

I would like to thank the wonderful staff for fitting me in and taking care of my issue.  As an individual traveling through the area they were awesome.
