The worst service ever! Do not buy a headstone from them, you may never get it! The people at the office will tell you lies about why after 5 months you still have no stone. And the old stone is removed leaving an unmarked grave which is very distressing to family members. No compassion, no sensitivity, no communication,no professionalism, just one lie after another. If you pay for a stone you should get a stone in a timely manner. The worst service ever from a place where compassion should be a top priority.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We were told when we ordered the headstone it would take approx 6 weeks at the latest. THREE MONTHS LATER, headstone arrives with incorrect spelling. And apparently because Aspen Grove staff doesn't check their ordered products to the proofs, they set it. Stone was supposed to be offset, that didn't happen either. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE.

One of the oldest cemeteries in Iowa. Lots of civil war veterans buried there. Beautiful trees and flowers.
