I just started coming to this office but they are very nice and helpful despite being very busy. It's also great that they have all different specialists there so you don't have to go to 3 different offices to take care of one tooth. I got lots of issues, so it's very convenient for me to just come to one office. They have already done one root canal for me and it was very fast and easy. And I didn't have any discomfort after numbing wore out. I would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Tam has done 4 fillings on me, and they are fabulous no pain during the procedure, I wasn’t numb for an extra long time, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole visit, even gave me a pillow to rest my head while she worked on my teeth! Love her!!

Aspen Hill Dentistry is a great practice that can handle anything from routine to serious work. They are friendly and professional. I recommend them to my friends and neighbors all the time. My daughter comes from Warrenton VA to be seen by them.

I went to see this Dentist on 5/10/17 I called the same day and they were able to accommodate me, I was very grateful cause I had an urgent need to see a dentist. I went there and was sent to a room with a young lady, a dental assistant or the like. The dentist told her to take x-trays of my wisdom tooth. She kept trying and trying to capture the image. At least 3 occasions she took images and the dentist told her to kept trying to get better images. After approximately 40 minutes of laying there with no progress being made, I got up and left. This seems to be a recurring issue here. The first time I didn't think much of it. But, this time was a complete waste of my time which is unacceptable. (I'm not confident that my filling was done right. I was eating something that irritated my tooth. I had this procedure done in Feb or so, should've been healed by now. That was the reason for my visit.) My suggestion for the facility is to hire experienced staff so that your customers are satisfied when they visit. Do not allow staff to be practicing on customers. I am not a test dummy experiment. I am a human being and I expect to be treated as such. P.S. I find it interesting that I was sent a link to rate my visit. However, it wouldn't let me change to a 1 star rating. Nice attempt ☺. I decided to go directly to Google and write a review instead.

What a wonderful office! I highly recommend this office to people of all ages. From the first phone call it was a pleasant experience, Cristie the new patient coordinator got me an appointment asap and was informative and helpful with my insurance questions; which by the way they accept all insurance policies. My experience continued to be wonderful when I had my first appointment, the entire staff was nice and helpful, the dentist was knowledgeable and calm. Again, I highly recommend this dental office, what a pleasant surprise that I felt this satisfied when leaving from a dental appointment.
